I can't play my game disc's as they ask me to purchase full game.

I'm having a problem with hard games, I know this isn't my disc drive because it is reading and installing games from the disc's it is also starting the game from home upon inserting.

Now I'm guessing this is some sort of licensing problem, at first I was having trouble with COD Vanguard asking me to purchase the full game even though my disc (and license) was inserted to play. Next I tried the newest version of GTA 5 and the same happened I was being asked to purchase the story mode when upon having the hard disc.

I've tried a soft reset same problem, I'm just in the middle of reinstalling GTA 5 after a factory reset so we'll see how that one goes shortly.

This has only been happening for the past day or two since the latest round of updates. Is anyone else having this problem or know wether it has a fix or is it a case of having to wait for another update to get it sorted?

TBH I personally think this is a cloud based problem somehow.

I'm going to try an install of assassins creed Valhalla from disc,

As I thought it just told me to insert disk 1 and it still asks me to purchase GTA V story mode.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Thank you so much for the detailed information and in regards to the games, make sure that the add-ons and packs required for the game are also installed by following the steps below:

"1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen."

Make sure that they're all installed.

This usually happens if the required items for the games aren't installed yet.
