    I can't play multiplayer games


    I just got my xbox one and while setting it up i used my alternate Microsoft account to be the adult account because it was UNAVOIDABLE AND I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO DO IT, but now on my main microsoft account i can't play multiplayer games. I went into settings
    changed my restrictions and online safety settings so i could play multiplayer games. But i still can't play. And also this was happening with my windows pc as well. Microsoft please fix family features to actually work properly.

    I can't play in multiplayer

    Hello,

    I've just bought a prepaid card for 3 months subscription Xbox Live Gold. It worked but when I want to play a game it says : "The current profil can't play xbox live". The card expires in March 2018.

    I changed networks settings but still doesn't work. I tested the connection and it works fine and I can download free games by Xbox Live.

    Hi, i bought my xbox one s a few days ago, i activated trial of xbox gold and i CAN'T play multiplayer games, WHY?? I go to networking settings and see strict nat type and double nat, i'm not understand this properties. Why should
    I look for and solve these problems. I want to plug and play. I also have ps 4 pro and i'm not have these problems, i connect my ps to ethernet cable from wifi router(or over wifi) and can play any multiplayer games without any problems. And i connect same
    cable to xbox and this doesn't work. Also internet speed is too slow, half of my internet speed. Why i need to spend my time for these problems? Early i had windows PC, and i installed forza horizon 3 and i had same problems with nat.
