Unfortunately, no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions. For enforcement actions, there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the Xbox enforcement team.

If your suspension is not eligible or your case review was denied, I'm afraid there are no ways to appeal for your suspension.

i can sign it .

it's telling me I'm suspened from everything

multiplayer gaming, texting, communicating. changing profile. and more.

even tried other games and keep getting the same thing everything related to online gaming is suspended.

when enforcement did pop up it's telling me i have a perfect record....

but i cant play any multiplayer gaming due to suspension.

I been able to play gamepass games for free for a few days now despite never purchasing it. My live needs to repaid but i haven't paid it because of the covid-19 outbreak my account should be suspended until its repaid but its not i can play game
pass games and online multiplayer games and I don't have a history of ever purchasing game pass. It just shows that my payment is past due and needs attention its should be suspended but its not.

That happens to me but i actually got suspended and now i cant purchase anything anybody know a fix?
