    Xbox Live Parties does not require Xbox Glod anymore. However multiplayer does.

    Been having this same issue for days. Sometimes I can play and other times I straight up can’t connect but all my other multiplayer games work fine.

    For the IP address do I just make one up or what! I don't know much about this kind of stuff. But if that was the problem wouldn't I not be able to connect to anyone? I can connect to other parties and play online no problem, just can't connect to his party
    or join his game. But I'm definitely willing to give it a try.
