    On my old PC i owned minecraft windows 10 edition, and it was linked to my xbox account. I reset my hard drive and i cant play it anymore, it wont show up in windows search or anything, so i decided to buy it again for $20, the xbox store took my money and i didnt get anything, Does anyone know how i can get the game or at least my money back? my xbox tag is 002150, i even have achivements for the game

    windows 10 minecraft cant be played on the console. as thats a pc version. you would need to buy the bedrock edition (i believe)

    if your system is no updated then it will be under downloads history in the store app.

    First, please make sure that you’re signed in under the account where the game was purchased. To do so, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Make sure the status is “completed”. Once confirmed sign out your account on both Microsoft Store App and Xbox App then restart it before signing back in.

    Also, you can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...
