    Hello,

    Since yesterday I'm trying to play Minecraft on my PC, just a few months ago I made my Mojang Account into a Microsoft Account and I had no problem playing.

    At that time i was playing 1.19 release.

    Yesterday i want to log in (now with the 1.19.4 release) and a pop up says

    Accounts in Microsoft Store and Launcher do not match , You are not signed in to Microsoft Store with the account you are currently using in the Launcher

    and another pop up saying Game crashed Error 1

    In both Mojang and Microsoft account I have the same e-mail.

    I already uninstall/install the launcher, my windows is up to date same as my video card drivers.

    Can you please help me find a solution?

    I would like to know as well. I had to reinstall Windows the other day and now I'm getting this same error. I've logged out of and then into both the launcher and the Microsoft Store.

    I had the same problem, but for my problem i got a solution.

    On the Launcher Site i didnt use the Windows 10/11 launcher.
    I used the Windows Legacy launcher on the same site. You have to scroll down a little.
    This worked in the end.
    I hope this will help you. Otherwise I am out of options.

    Nvm, i just deleted the microsoft store and the launcher and reinstall both of em. It work, it actually did!

    I can't redeem Minecraft bedrock edition.

    So I tried to download Minecraft bedrock edition for free since I own Java, but every time I open the launcher, it says "Accounts in Microsoft Store and Launcher do not match." but I use the same email for these accounts. If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated.
