I Can't play minecraft anymore.

Things to know before I begin explaining:

I bought and installed the game in July 2019.

I have played the game frequently up until April this year.

My account was migrated in September last year.

My Microsoft account is through family-sharing if that means anything (as the child)

I cannot play Minecraft, despite previously being able to play the game frequently for a few years. From 2019 when I purchased the game I used a Mojang account up until 2021 when I migrated. I played on the migrated account until around April this year. I have taken a break, and now I wish to play the game again, however, when I log in to my Microsoft account I am asked to either play the Java demo or buy the game again, which I have already done. I'm looking for a solution to play the game again. My theory is that when I migrated my account I believe I was still playing on my Mojang session, therefore nothing would happen. Because from September (migration) to April I was playing frantically. Now, when I try to play - 8 months later - with an invalid session, I have to log in with my Microsoft account, which for some reason cannot play Minecraft

Like i said i had this problem for over 2 years now and yes i did migrate it.

I just dont understand why i still cant access it.

If you did not migrate you account, it then may have been deleted. Minecraft accounts were migrated. The last call for migration was September 19th, 2023. Once the deadline for migration was reached, players are no longer able to access unmigrated accounts. All unmigrated accounts will be deleted at a future date.

Logout from the account and completely logout from the launcher.

Login with your Microsoft Account on this link: Log in | Minecraft

You should see the list of Minecraft Game you own under My Games.

You also need to make sure that you are using the correct Micrsosoft Account where the Mojang account was migrated.
