I cant play minecraft anymore (12/14/23)

I bought Minecraft on my Xbox(Microsoft) account back in 2022(I have the receipt) and i was able to play it on my pc but now(12/14/23) i cant play minecraft since its been bundled together with Java edition and i was wondering if you could get a full refund,or receive Minecraft with java since i already bought bedrock edition on my Xbox.I cant play minecraft bedrock edition because when i load in the game it tells me to purchase the full game even though i already did.And I already contacted Microsoft about this 3 days ago and the assistant told me to ask for a refund when i did all the steps she told me and the email told me i couldnt get a refund policy so what do i do??

I am very sorry that the assistant who assisted you say that you can get a refund when that is not really the case, if your game was purchased in the Microsoft store in 2022, it is already a long time to request a refund according to Microsoft's policies. Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of purchase and are for games where you have not accumulated a significant amount of game time.

That is to say, if you have already played this game a lot and more than 14 days have passed since you made the purchase (In your case it has been 1 year) then you are not eligible to request said refund. You can check this information at the following link:

Keep in mind that this is only a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems, so we cannot give you another version of Minecraft since we are not Microsoft employees.

I have four achievements stuck these are "halo" "sacrifice" "skulltaker halo:CE: iron" "skulltaker halo CE: boom" all say done unlocking and should have been unlocked on the 29/12/14 around 23:00 GMT. further info needed, and how to stop it happening again.
not playing anymore of the game till it works so i know i wont get any other achievements messed up.

If I cant buy 12 month subscriptions anymore I guess I'll be giving my xbox to my brother and wont play anymore.
