Discus and support i cant play mc multiplayer in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; i have just migrated to a microsoft account and now i cant access multiplayer and i dont know how to enable multiplayer cuz i havent seen any button...     i have just migrated to a microsoft account and now i cant access multiplayer and i dont know how to enable multiplayer cuz i havent seen any button that says enable multiplayer

    Hi Cheesesaur, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    You don't have to worry if it was able to detect that you are a child account. I know just the right thing to do. Just let me know what you will see.

    Hello @cheesesaur!

    To enable the multiplayer, please go to account.xbox.com. In the Xbox Online Settings page, Go to Privacy & Online Safety, click Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety. Scroll down to the second option from the bottom, stating “ You can join multiplayer games “. Set this to Allow.
