    I cant play GTA Online


    The game always says "Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later", I tried reinstalling the game and my Nat-Type is open, what should i do please?
    I also tried contacting support but they removed the button to talk with a live agent

    Why can't I play gta online with gta5 game disc?

    I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

    I just discovered today I was having this same issue and for me it turned out the culprit appeared to be a new (to me) VPN location in the Private Internet Access app called "US Streaming Optimized" which I apparently connected to automatically as it had the lowest ping. Once I switched to another VPN server location this error ceased and I was able to connect normally.

    Thanks for your suggestions, the problem is only occurs with my Xbox (Original Xbox One), I tried it with my account on another Xbox and it works
