    When i start xbox for pc and try to get into a game i'm getting a message that i need to ask permission to my parent. The problem is when i click on send an email it says that an error occured and i try again later.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Reason you are unable to play is due to your privacy settings. You can follow the

    link here
    on how to change them. The issue with the email, try verifying on different browsers. If continue getting the error, try logging onto the parent account on the
    account website and change them that way.
