I can’t play forza horizon 5 online anymore. I have good WiFi

I tried everything but still not work. And good WiFi its connection to Xbox.

just can’t play multiplayer on fh5 but on cod i can play multiplayer.

The message said. “This feature is not available during offline play. Connect to horizon life and try again. “

But I’m connected to WiFi

Can you provide more information? What error message/code do you get when you try to play online in FH5? Do you have an active Game Pass to access online multiplayer?

If you have Game Pass but getting an error message, try to power cycle first:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
