    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there locate the game order for Forza Horizon 5, it should be stated as "completed". Once confirmed, sign out on your Xbox App as well as Microsoft Store App, and then sign back in using the correct Microsoft account.

    If you have access to the game through the game pass, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and make sure that it's "active", once confirmed, sign out and sign back in as well.
