I can’t play fifa 23 online as it says my account doesn’t have the required permissions?...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that your Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is active on your account. Please follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Once confirmed, sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

After all that perform a powercycle and then try playing the game again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I've the same issue even though i bought this FIFA 23

Yes, i tried to change DNS address but online services doesn’t work at all. Online in games doesn’t work. The games like Fifa 23.

I don’t have gold, but that’s not why it’s saying I can’t play online. It says it’s my setting, but what the hell, ig I’ll try it. Still doesn’t explain why I couldn’t buy the Xbox using my main account tho.

i’ve just done that and when i press to go online it says that my gamer profile doesn’t have the correct permissions to acces xbox love functionality, but i have a completely borderless account.
