I can't play cross platform in win10 edition Minecraft

You have the beta version of the game installed. You will unfortunately not be able to join your friend with the version you have installed.

Only option is to opt out of the beta.

Do note that any worlds you played on while beta was installed, you will not be able to play on until the beta version is released for general public release.

Hey there. It sounds like to me you're running the beta client of the game. That's typically the only time you really see the 'out of date' error online. There's two ways to fix this. You'd have to uninstall the beta client of the game in order to join their
worlds or... they'd have to install it/update their game manually... I think the former would be the case because that client of the game isn't available on PlayStation to my knowledge. Alternatively the issue could be that Bedrock on PS isn't up to par with
Xbox and Windows. That however shouldn't be a problem.

So i installed minecraft for play with my friends in my computer, i tried to enter into a world of my friend but it says, it is out date and the version to play wa 1.14.60 but my win10 edition is the version 1.16. They are from ps4 an they have

Minecraft Java edition is not cross-play enabled. You would need Minecraft for Windows 10 to play with friends on other platforms.
