I can’t play Cold War after buying it

Discus and support I can’t play Cold War after buying it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have deleted cold war multipule times and its still does not work now and i cant even load in before it says i need to pay another 60 bucks...     I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday
