I can’t play Cold War after buying it

I got the game before the discount and its saying i need to buy it how can i fix this problem???

I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday

Once again still can’t play the new Cold War zombie map forsaken as it turns my Xbox off every time I load in to the game and what makes it worse I can’t even get a call back from Xbox live as it says there is a problem every time I put my number in for a call back

I hope you understand, Cold War isn't a pay to play (After purchasing) type deal, so I'm not going to pay for it twice
