I can’t play bo3 online but every other game works

I understand that other games work online except for the game Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. For us to further isolate the case, kindly confirm the status of your Xbox live gold or Xbox game pass ultimate subscription by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > Services and Subscription.

Once the subscription is confirmed, try to clear your console's alternate Mac address. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings

Select Advanced Settings

Select Alternate MAC Address

Select Clear

Restart your console.

Once you're done, check if the game works online.

If it still doesn't work, please perform a factory reset keep my games and apps:

Before you proceed with your Factory reset I just want to inform you that you will only choose Reset and keep my games and apps to make sure your saved data won't be deleted permanently and also all of the accounts that are set as home Xbox will be removed and all signed in accounts will be signed out from the console.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> Then restart your console and proceed with re-adding your account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress. Please let me know the results once you're done.

Then try to launch the game to see if it works.

Unfortunately that did not help the same error screen is still popping up but thank you anyway for trying to help.

Me and my friend are having the game problems on my XBOX SERIES and his XBOX SERIES X. For me I load up BO3 and press A but I get a ABC error code and can’t connect to online servers, but I just tried to play it on a Xbox one and it worked perfectly fine, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my Xbox, downloading BO3 without any DLC packs, nothing works but I try first try on the Xbox one and it works perfectly.

Hey guys, I've been having the same thing happens to me on BO3 like every other game I play online, whether it be multiplayer or zombies. But I think I've noticed that mine seems to only be happening with the accounts that use a shared Xbox live gold from
using the Home Xbox feature. The main account giving out the shared gold works just fine online, but if I try and play with the other accounts online, they disconnect from all online services about every 15 minutes or so. This also happens on some of my other
games too, like Minecraft and GTA V. Somebody please give me an answer!
