i can't play asphalt 9 in multiplayer mode

thanks for your effort , i want also to let you know that i 've tried the last possible solution which is turning on windows firewall and checking if the default policy is enabled , it didn't work either.. but you said in your first reply : If all else fails, I suggest to try opening the following port next to manage your NAT type. If you're connected to a network through your workplace or school network, ask the network administrator to open the following ports:
Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port UDP 4500 (UDP)

and i didn't try that , i didn't find "manage your nat type" in the xbox console application , so where can i find it ?

hi , thanks for your reply .. i did like you said and that was the result (the screen shot) , i 've also tried all the solutions mentioned on the website i visited when clicked "click here for more information" but none of them worked ..still one solution i didn't try which is to enable windows firewall, and i can't do that because i have bitdefender security installed ..so is there any idea or other solution for this ?

yes i knew that eventually , the problem now might be in my router so i will contact my isp , thanks

My apologies if the steps didn't work! I am out of ideas but no worries! I'll leave this thread open for discussion so other experts might able to give their insight or other solution for this.

You have no way to manage the NAT through your console, it only detects the NAT that comes to your network, in the case of your modem/router.
