Discus and support i cant play as it crashes everytime i get to the "press any button" screen. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; ive uninstalled the game 4 times and moved it between my two hard drives to see if was my external that was the problem and its still broken ive talked...     i cant play as it crashes everytime i get to the "press any button" screen.


    ive uninstalled the game 4 times and moved it between my two hard drives to see if was my external that was the problem and its still broken ive talked to ubisoft support and they said its when my account synchronizes with my cloud save data which is a problem
    out of their control and said go to xbox support to fix it

    PLS help

    When im playing my game, it keeps freezing for about 15 seconds, I cant press any buttons on my controller, and then there is a black screen for 20 seconds, and then my whole xbox crashes.

    Games not loading/crashing

    Today April 3 2015 i wanted to play my games but i cant. DAI goes to the main screen press the start button then it freezes. Tried Diablo ultimate evil edition goes to the screen where it says press any button i do then i get just a screen with the title.
    worked fine yesterday. is any one else experiencing problems like this? if so please tell me what to do or if it will get fixed by itself. Thank you

    I have the same problem! Everytime I pressed a button to start the game as it says it crashed but when I clicked the start button instead of A it always works I HAVE NO IDEA WHY!!

    I have the same issue (bump). Playing 2 players all the way up to getting into the Mr. Business' ship and then the 2nd player side says "Press any button", almost like the game was started as one player. When Emmet gets to the part he has to drill, the game
    closed out to the home screen (like it crashes). Have this been resolved??

    I am having the same issue as lxf12.... when coming off the pirate ship, the 1st player is the robot and the 2nd player cant play. It says press any key to join but nothing happens and when emmitt does his drilling it crashes and goes to the language screen...
