i can't play any games i bought on my account even though i'm signed in

whenever i try to start up any game that is not on a disc i get the euro saying the account that bought it has to be signed in. The only account on my xbox is the one that bought all the games.

what do i do i tried hard reseting my xbox and it still doesn't work.

Have you done any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

Were you able to play the same games on the same computer before?

When did the issue start?

Did the issue start after an update?

Windows 10 can't play xbox games even though I'm signed in.

Okay so i downloaded Forza Horizon 3 Demo and started it up and when the game started up it said that i needed to sign in to my Microsoft account to proceed in to the game, I've checked several times that i was logged in to the same account on both my xbox
app and my Microsoft store and I have linked my account in my Windows 10 settings. I'm not even able to play Microsoft Solitaire collection, which came installed with the computer or at least when i started up the xbox app.

I'm having the same problem. It says sign in with the account that purchased the game. I bought all of the games digitally on the microsoft store. I'm playing on the account that bought all of the games. I am unable to play any game. Even a free one. I
played one of these games yesterday and the other one literally an hour ago. And all the support page is going to say is to sign into the account that has bought it, which I have. So I have no clue what to do.

My cod ghosts says the servers are down. I can't even play 2k because it says you have to have an online connection to use this file even though I'm signed in and can see who's online. In Forza 5 I can't even download any vinyls or custom paintjobs.

Yes I still have gold, I recently upgraded to game pass premium though, not sure if that affects it. I can't download it from my xbox since its not there. But when I try from the Microsoft store on my laptop it says I don’t
have any applicable device(s) linked to my Microsoft account even though I'm signed in the same account that's on my xbox

I can't sign into my account online so I can't even see my friends, I also can't play any of my games on a different account, I've tried. There is no way for me to get unbanned? I did absolutely nothing but have a friend sign into my account once and I
lose everything for it?
