I can't play any game on xbox pc app

Hello Tomm_A,

I started to use the app about a week ago, and I have downloaded four games, the three mentioned in the post and spelunky 2, and the only one that worked is spelunky 2.

I did all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this reply(all 6 steps) and still can't make the game work (I tried these steps again after receiving this reply on persona 3 portable and still had the same behavior)
So what Should I do?

3. What were the troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue in your end?
   

For the meantime, we are going to make sure that you are running the most updated Windows and driver update in your device. See the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Make sure Windows is up to date

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
  
• On Windows 10, select Update & Security.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available including optional updates for your device.
  
• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  

2. Update your Windows and device drivers

> For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

3. Make sure both the Xbox and Gaming Services apps are up to date

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
  
• Select Library.
  
• Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
  

4. Make sure you are signed in to the Xbox app and the Store with the same account.

> To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.
5. Repair the game

• Open the Xbox app for Windows.
  
• In My Library, select the game title.
  
• Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
  
• Select Files and then Verify and repair.
  

6. Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
  get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try to install the game again.

I've changed the region to my current region now, The price changed but the button still the play button not works and is gray.

Do you recommend formatting my PC and reinstalling windows again?

i can't help but notice that in every picture you posted about the issue you Xbox app for Windows is stating the in order to download this you will need administrative approval to install this app or game I've come across this problem before on my PC certain apps or files or documents on any and all computers have to be Run or opened and even download as administrator i had the issue when i tried to install CS GO about 3 mouths ago i figured out if i tried downloading the game as administrator it would install with no issues but if didn't it would never let me do so
