I cant play a specific game online and i cant seem to figure out why.

I'm trying to play Stardew Valley online on game pass for pc, and for some reason my account wont let me play it online. I've tried it on my my pc and the online function just doesn't work. I thought maybe it was my pc but then i tried it on a friends pc and it still didn't work there, i thought maybe the game was messed up so i tried my second account and it worked fine on my pc so it isn't the game. and its also not anything to do with online services because I can play literally any other game on my pc game pass and no other game i play has any troubles. I've spent so many hours trying to fix this and nothing seems to work. i think there is something wrong with my Xbox account. please help

Stardew has 2 different multiplayer options. One is join through LAN and the other is to input a Invite code. The input invite code option doesn't appear. I can only play it offline or LAN. The first pic is my main account and the second is my other one. these pictures were taken about 3 minutes apart from each other on the same device. i didnt change any settings or anything.

The reason they said that is because I thought I fixed it and posted that I did but realized I didn't so I deleted the comment. So they probably think I did fix it

Ermmm...but the OP hasn't found what is causing the issue! The issue is that their main account is missing the invite function from the game whereas the secondary account is not missing it. That is what the issue is..that is not an explanation as to the cause!

What exactly happens when you try to use your main account to access the online mode of the game?
