I cant pay mi suscription of xbox live gold

Today i buy a code of money to xbox to pay the gold suscription, but when i try to buy the 1 month suscription of gold i cant because in the before month i pay a 1 month gold but in the expiration date i dont pay it and today i want to buy a new suscription
but i cant.

I try to buy it but the xbox asks me for othe method of pay and there are 3 options: with a credit or debit card, with a cellphone or with paypal and i dont have anyone of this and i cant play online so i need your help pls to have a solution i only have
for method of pay the code of money pls help me

I bought the one year membership of Xbox live gold like 2 months ago and now i cant play because it says that í Dont have gold But in the part of the suscriptions seems like i have the suscription, please help

Yes, I have an outstanding payment of my gold suscription, and I want to pay it, but i cant, it tells me to try it later.

If you have an unpaid balance on your Xbox Live Gold subscription, then the account remains suspended until you have the money to pay the amount due.

So you say that if I stop paying Live suscription but another account in my home Xbox One starts playing it; in order for that account to play the Games with Gold I downloaded before, he needs to sign in with my account which does not have Live and also
sign in with his account whch has Gold suscription activated?
