    Hi, I like playing Minecraft in a realm, but from the beginning of this year, I can't renew it, it says that my Xbox account doesn't allow me to play multiplayer online and I checked , it is written on xbox.com that I am allowed, I also tried to disable/re-enable
    it.

    I phoned Microsoft, Xbox, and Mojang technical support, no one can tell me what's wrong...

    Can anyone help me ????

    Cannot Renew Minecraft PE Realm

    When I go into Minecraft PE to renew my PE Realm, it says that I cannot play online multiplayer games because of how my Xbox Live account is set up. It says to go to Xbox privacy settings to allow online multiplayer gaming, which I did. This does not work,
    and my Xbox Live account is not linked to any devices. How can I renew my realm?

    Can't access mulitiplayer

    I bought my xbox one x today, and i can't play any multiplayer games online. It says my account doesn't have multiplayer priviliges. I redeemed the 14 day trial for xbox live gold and bought a month. But i still can't play online? what can i do? my settings
    are set to allow multiplayer, and i'm using an adult account.

    Unable to play Minecraft Realms

    I'm getting this as well, it's telling me;

    "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up. Please ensure that your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs and you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp."

    My settings are fine, AND I have a Gold subscription, but I can't get into my own Realm, that I host.

    Edit: .. And now it's working.. What the heck..?

    Minecraft Live on Xbox one and Windows 10 - Child accounts can't join realm

    I'm having the same issue, had a realm+2, which I played with grandsons, my children wanted to play, so upgraded to realm+10 Jan 2nd , now none of them can join, same error can't play multiplayer, all have allow for multiplayer, my two youngest children
    both have adult accounts, grandsons child accounts.

    Contacted xbox live with my youngest daughter (18) spent 30mins on phone going through settings on all three tabs in security safely.

    To no avail. They said they would get back to me but to try mojang!!!

    I can’t join my friends Minecraft world and they can’t join mine either

    I have gone through all my privacy settings and allowed the one to let me play with people outside of xbox live. I have paid for a Nintendo switch online membership and allows me to join servers. But when I go to invite someone to my game it doesn't let
    me. Then when I go to make the world multiplayer it's grayed out so I can't make it a multiplayer world. I don't understand what is wrong. Please help.

    I'm having the same issue with Realms! Whenever I try accepting an invite to one of my friends' realms, it keeps saying "You are unable to play multiplayer because of how your account is set up. Change your settings on aka.ms/accountsettings to allow this,"
    but my settings are already set to "allow multiplayer."

    When I sign in to my xbox live account in Minecraft IOS, I can’t connect to realms or any server

    I had the same problem, first I couldnt log in, then y logged in with data and after I succeded it told me my account config didnt allow multiplayer, but its the same account ive been on which ive been making realms and playing in servers. Ive checked
    and my account has multiplayer enabled
