Discus and support I can’t navigate my menu or dashboard on my xbox series S in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When ever i try navigating the menu it’ll bring me back to the first tile on whatever menu i’m on.     I can’t navigate my menu or dashboard on my xbox series S


    When ever i try navigating the menu it’ll bring me back to the first tile on whatever menu i’m on. I’ve tried restarting my xbox by multiple ways including unplugging it , holding the xbox button for 10 seconds and even doing the power cycle restart but nothing has worked please help .

    I see. Does your console have a power button? Did you try the hard reset by holding down the power button?

    Thank you for doing all those steps.

    The next best option would actually be to check if your console requires an update and it seems you are not getting a prompt after your troubleshooting.

    I suggest to do an offline update instead.

    To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

    A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port

    A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS

    i did the offline update and followed all the steps but sadly it didn’t fix the issue
