    so I'm trying to message my friends and family on xbox and it says I cant message because of bad behavior, I checked with Microsoft support wilmer jon.s. and he said it was all good and has no suspensions. but I still cant message and I haven't had any bad
    behavior. plz help.

    What specifically happens when you try to message? Do you get an error code when you do try to message? If so, be sure to pass that along here. In the meantime, try the steps on our

    Random Xbox message?

    It was probably just a casual Xbox message. Don't see how it could have been of any dire importance. Maybe just a connection thing or a friend hitting you up. I don't think Microsoft would put a message of such importance that is so easily clearable.

    Its best not to mess with the report system as all reports are reviewed by the enforcement team and even if you only reported a player for a joke or you know the player the report cannot be undone and will still count against them if they broke the code
    of conduct.

    For future reference, please don't abuse the report a player system to troll/prank somebody. As others have stated, it sounds like either you or your cousin have been given a communication ban.
