My account is I was banned for messaging someone "come s oil" which means come small oil as I'm playing rust and wanted people to counter but I was banned for a day and given 2 points on my rep and now I can't talk or anything but I didn't even break tos and it's not up for appeal maybe because it's a day ban but I can't have those strikes on my profile and I don't want to be banned over weekend please help me xbox

You can definitely get permanently banned for more than just fraud or tampering. Those are simply examples of some of the things that could cause a permanent ban but its not a complete list.
