    I can't manage my xbox insider account on my second hand xbox


    I bought this Xbox two years ago, and I guess the previous owner signed up to xbox insider. Since the serial number is linked to the account of the previous owner it doesn't let me install a preview os. I don't know if there's a way to solve this problem, or if I'm not understanding it properly, any help will be greatly appreciated and I apologize if my explanation is not clear enough

    Thankyou first reply and your correct Mouse and keyboard support on Xbox One. Now the reason for the peculiar way I needed this answered was I am being shown this same update for over a year and it never changes why ??
    Good question, one I can't answer.

    As I'm in a XBOX Insider preview it's not something I check that often as I prefer to use the XBOX
    Support     site via Edge. XBOX Assist probably needs an update for that particular option, that may have been overlooked.

    You could join Insiders and use the Report a problem using the XBOX Insider Hub.

    I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

    I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

    But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

    How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??
