    Hi I try to lunch BO3 but a message apear on my screen, he say that I can't lunch it because I must be connected to the acount who had buy it. But I am conected to this acount can someone help me ?

    First step: Go and check under BO3 store page do you have the game or not,

    Sorry to hear it. If you have purchased the game on the account you're posting with and are having trouble then please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work then try deleting
    then reinstalling the game.

    If you did not purchase the game with the account you're posting with then you'll need to make sure that the account is either signed in while you play or is set as Home on your console
