i cant login to xbox live why?

i cant login to xbox app when i login to the gamebar or the xbox app i cant but if i log into the store it workss easy no problems nothing but whem i start a game like ark or minecraft it says i cant login i used both accounts mine and my brothers. I also searched in the Internet for answers there i found someone having the same problem he eventually tried with deleting the cache and account folder in this path: C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker i tried it it didnt work please help.

Can't understand why I can't login to live on my xbo, my xbox 360 can!! But I haven't got cod aw for my 360 ffs!!!!! And also why can my freinds sign in on xbo and I cant?) they only live about 2 minutes away from me!!!!!
