I cant login to microsoft through playstation

Just a heads up though that it will be very difficult to recover an account if you cannot retrieve the email most especially the log in information of that account.

I'm sorry that you have to go through this, Urqti. You may need to reach out to Mojang in regards to this concern because as per Mojang, "Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account.  "

I got a problem where i cannot login to my Microsoft account on my ps4 even though i am already logged on to playstation network since the update on december 10th 2019. I was looking up on how to fix it but i didnt see anything to do with fixing this problem.
The problem is basically i cant automatically login and my microsoft account is linked to playstation network. And sorry if it set on xbox even though its about minecraft and playstation.

I am so sorry you are having issues with a lost account. Please keep in mind, this is a user forum, we are not Microsoft.

The account cannot be externally reset, you must use the tools provided by Microsoft.

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Once you have found the new alias, you can recover the account using the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr]

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

Hello My Microsoft account had been deleted because I got hacked and i try to create a new one and use the new account to play minecraft on my PlayStation 5 and When i try to login with my new account it says that i need to login with my old account but it’s deleted is there a way so i can login with my new Microsoft account on my ps5 without create a new PlayStation account

Unfortunately you cant link a different Microsoft account.

Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.
