    Since we have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be an issue with the game only. Would it be fine if you can try contacting Epic Games support for further advice? You will need to report the bug to them so that they can provide a fix for it.     Alright, what I can recommend here is to report the issue using the report a problem app which you can download from the Microsoft Store on the console. Your issue will be investigated properly once it has been reported.
