I can’t login on Minecraft

Hello. I downloaded minecraft in 2012 (31-12), I've played it many years. But now it's been a while. When I tried to login on Minecraft, it said that there wasn't any account with my email (when I logged in on Mojang). When I checked that, I saw that that was true, because I did a transfer to Microsoft in 2021 (I saw that in my email). The last time I played was somewhere in 2022, so I could play after the transfer. But now, I can't play anymore. When I login with my email, I need to buy Minecraft again. I don't know where my account is, it looks like it's gone. (I have been hacked a while ago, so maybe that's the raison.) My question is: is there any chance that I can get my account back, I've bought ranks on it for servers so that's not nice if I lost that account. I stil have the 'order ID' from when I bought Minecraft, and I own that email still. I also know my ‘last’ username.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet. Just downloaded minecraft for my sister and created a microsoft account for her. The app keeps crashing. It can’t login to her account and crashes during log in. When I skip login it crashes in settings.

I can’t believe the state this app is in... I don’t remember Minecraft being this unstable before it was under microsoft. There are reports from october and here I am months later still having the same problem...

Latest ios version, latest minecraft version. The game is unplayable. Can’t believe you are asking money for this...

Game only works with wifi turned off.

For Migrated account it would be much better if you speak with our live support team.

Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

Unlinking your Minecraft account will be possible however, it would not be linked to another account. Best approach is to reach out directly to Mojang to get this fixed so you can go back to gaming. Here is the link to do that: Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net)
