    I can't login into Xbox Live Account


    Hi. (Im using Windows 10). When I try to login into Xbox Live I get redirected to a support page. I click on this link: https://account.xbox.com/nl-NL/Profile?xr=shellnav and
    I end up here: https://support.xbox.com/nl-NL/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one . I need to login to it to fix some settings but I am unable to click on sign in at the top right cornor: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live
    . How do I resolve this?

    I can't sadly.

    Virtually cannot login to the parental account anywhere that's linked with either Outlook/Live/MSN or Xbox LIVE. : /

    I can login on the Microsoft site, I can login on Xbox live services like on the Xbox itself or the Xbox app,

    I just can't seem to login to the site, Or atleast when I've logged in the login button becomes solid, and when i try to go to my account, I directly get prompted to a Childs privacy site from Microsoft.

    So i can't seem to do anything on the site, and Year in Review doesn't work.

    Your tag line is confusing... you can't login on your xbox with any account? Not just your own? If you can't sign in with ANY account, more than likely your console is banned from xbox live.
