I can't login into my Xbox or Microsoct account without it sending me a code.

It's asking me to send me a code for my emails when not to login to xbox live It's not promotion it's regarding an account just about to be hacked or something.

I can't login because It's send a code to my old phone number or my old email address which one is deleted.

So only way if I make a new xbox account?

I can delete this xbox account and make a new with the same email address?

I have the same problem. I can't login to my account on my or my husbands Xbox getting the same error code. He can login to his account with no problems.

Thank you for your help with this. When I login to the xbox account it is associated with the correct email address which is mine. For some reason though on Epic games when we go to login with xbox it wants to send the code it wants to my sons old email address, which he does not have any longer. That email to our knowledge is not saved anywhere on the xbox account? So we are not sure why it is trying to send the code to that email?

Most of the games we own are digital yes bought on the Xbox Store and installed on both console.

Yes both console are set as my Home console, with automatic login on my account.

She can play every game we own on my Xbox One without issue.

No worries about the party chat we are not using it to talk to each other.

The only problem we have is that we can't play online together (she can't send me an invite to join her game and same goes with me I can't invite her to play online with me )
