This is the exact same situation I am in. EA says my Xbox account is linked with a deleted EA profile. If I try to sign in with my Xbox account I get stuck in a password reset loop.

From my chat with EA support:

"Thanks for the information, your Xbox is linked with a Deleted account. "

"If you want to unlink it kindly have access to the email id linked with that account. "

"As the account is deleted I can not see the email. "

"In that case I can't do anything as your X box is connected to the deleted account. "

EA support is useless and Microsoft can't directly do anything since the linking is handled on EA's side.

I am having the same problem. I am trying to cancel my game pass subscription and I am suck in a login loop. I have also tried multiple devices, networks and using incognito mode. This is how I fixed the issue:

1. Logout

2. Turn the console off

3. Ensure that both your Microsoft Account and Xbox Live ID have the exact same password (this assumes you are using the same Microsoft Account associated to your Xbox Live account as your Skype account)

4. Power up, sign back in

This issue started for me after I had changed my Microsoft Account password and then never signed out of Xbox Live. Must have been stuck in an authentication loop because techically the active Xbox login was still running under the old password prior to
the change and was attempting to authenticate with the old password.
