i cant loggin

Hi,

It looks like some the the components of your Xbox app is corrupted, that is why you can't remove the Xbox app that you downloaded. Here are instructions below on how to remove Xbox app:



    1. Type Windows Powershell in search box.



    2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.



    3. Copy and paste the following command.

         get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage 



4. Press Enter key.

no i cant loggin using mojang because it was migrated and i dont have a mojang only account because of that.

I've also
found a thread where someone had similar issues due to services not being started on their machine.

The steps presented to fix it were found to be:

Resolved to log in Xbox with following actions

a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

b) In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

That's jumping to the chase, so you can open up Task Manager by right clicking on the task bar and clicking Task Manager, and then selecting the Services tab. Arrange the "Name" column to be alphabetical and see if the service "XblAuthManager" is running
when you try to open the Xbox app.

To further test, can you try downloading the "Xbox (Beta)" app from the store and see if you're able to log in there? That can help us further identify if we might need to look at your account or that app specifically.

If you just search "Xbox beta" in the store it'll come up with a seperate app from the default app.

Is this on Windows 10? If so, can you go to Settings > Apps > Xbox and click on "Advanced Options" and then scroll down and click "Reset"? That should reset the app via the store, and see if it lets you log in after rebooting your machine.

I'd also ask that you check if you can log into the
Microsoft Account page here and see if there are any errors presented for your account.
