I can't log out of XBOX

Hi, Milan! It's my pleasure to assist you with this today.

Please follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding.

Press Windows Key + R to open Run

Type "control.exe keymgr.dll" and hit Enter. This should open Credential Manager

Click "Windows Credentials."

Scroll down to "Generic Credentials" and look for every single one that starts with "Xbl". This includes XblGrts, Xbl| and Xbl_Ticket.

Then remove them all one by one.

Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

Repeat the same process for the Xbox App.

Restart Your Device:

After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

The issues began before I cancelled the subscriptions.

My son's still can't play shared games unless my profile is logged in

But if I'm logged in to one xbox, then it logs me out of the other xbox.

So both son's can't play at the same time, why can't they play these games from their profiles?

Method 1: Sign in successfully to your account.

Try InPrivate Window of your browser and sign in to your account on this link: account.microsoft.com

Please check if you were asked to secure your account then secure it. If you were asked to verify it, verify your account.

Then, sign in to this link: account.xbox.com

This should be successfully access your account with your game's achievement and showing your gamertag.

Method 2: Clear your Microsoft apps caches.

Clear cache of the Minecraft Solitaire, please do not choose clear data, as this will remove your account's progress if ever it was not synced.

Do you have other games or apps from Microsoft installed in your device? Try to do the same thing to all Microsoft apps.

Launch Minecraft Solitaire and see if you can sign in back to your account.

About Method 1. I did mention in my question that I already had this tested, so I don't understand why you suggest this again?

About Method 2. I did mention in my question that I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it. Shouldn't the cache have been deleted once this was done?

This is my own resolution:

Since the application worked without any problems on my Samsung phone, I decided to use my phones mobila network as Wifi access point instead of my local Wifi network.
This actually resulted in a successful login after some re-attempts.

Now it is working as before.
