i cant log me in minecraft or xbox social apps

Carlo TJ Independent Advisor posted a solution to a user who had a similar issue:

"proceed with the steps below.

-Press Windows key + X

-Go to Settings

-Click Update and Security

-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

-Look for Windows Strore Apps and run the troubleshooter.

-Click Start, type Powershell and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the command below and hit Enter

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

-Press Windows key + R

-Type wsreset.exe and hit Enter

Wait for few seconds while it is resetting the store cache.

Restart and try to install an app.

I am signed up for xbox live but cant find my Minecraft game under my games or see how to log into xbox live in the Minecraft app on pc

I do not have an xbox anymore i just have my minecraft account on xbox and now that i cant log into xbox minecraft will not let me log in anymore aswell

how can i prove that i had the game because I've logged in with my email it says in the Xbox app which is logged into the account i played Minecraft on and i still cant download it

Hi, I have the same problem. Cant log in Xbox Live app on my Ipad and Minecraft stops at white screen. Nothing seems to work.
