    Hey there beckyshaw1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice no to get past this. I can totally see how this could be pretty puzzling. I suggest

    removing and redownloading     the account to the Xbox when you get the chance.

    If that does not do the trick you might have to contact
    customer support     for a little more specific account related troubleshooting and support.
