i cant log into my roblox account, it just stays like this for more than 20 minutes

Just seen you blurred out the qr code, but I don't think you understood what I meant by the other code, underneath the log in with another device and the open you ROBLOX app is the 6 digit code, you also need to blur that out (that can be used to log in via another device, which you can try too). I just don't want you to get hacked so you really need to blur that code out too. I hope someone can help fix your issue tho and I'm sorry I'm unable to help.

You can try the log in with another device though as it might work, use your phone or pc and go to ROBLOX, more page, quick log in and enter the code that you see on the screen (the 6 digits at the bottom) that might work.

Although I'm not here to help fix the problem, Id like to warn you to be carful posting photos like this, as anyone can see this, if that qr code or game code still works people can then scan/ use the code and log in, please blur out the code (the text at the bottom of the screen) and also make it so the qr code is partly or fully covered to stop others logging in to your account. I recommend you edit the message and change it to blur out the code and qr unless they no longer work, and to blur sensitive information in any photo posted. Stay safe and I hope your problem is fixed.

I can recommend also contacting ROBLOX if you still cant fix this issue.

I am here for this same problem. It either tells me it can't log in../ error logging in/ or it logs in and a minute or 3 later logs me out.

And even tho the status of their service says everything is working guys! it's clearly not. I cant join my friends for online gaming tonight because I cant login or stay logged in for more than 3mins.
