    I cant log into my Fortnite account on my pc


    So basically on my Xbox I am logged in to fortnite and I've a lot of money on fortnite but when I try to log in to my epic games account on my pc it says my credentials are invaild although it is my account i dont get emails from epic on my email that is signed in but I really want my account but I've tried contacting epic games with no luck what should I do

    Hello Tytytuxedo153, on your console you log in with your Microsoft account and play Fortnite normally, but when you log in on the PC you have to log in with the email that opened an account at Epic Games.

    If you used the same Microsoft email on Epic, you won't have any problems, but if you used a different email to create your Epic account, you'll need to know what that email is.

    Hello Cody, If you play Fortnite on the console or on the PC, if you bought the V-Buks through the Microsoft store, you must log in with your Xbox account on a console and log into Fortnite so that they can be validated in your account.

    If you play on PC through the Epic launcher they will not be validated, for that you will have to follow the procedure I mentioned above.
