I cant log into my account on my xbox.

Please power cycle your console by turning off your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

Unplug it from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

And then check your internet connection. Kindly make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet. Go to Settings > Network Settings and select Test Network Connection.

Next is to remove and Re-add Your Account. Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

Select your account and choose Remove.

Restart your Xbox, then go to Settings > Account > Add & Manage to re-add your account.

Then clear alternate MAC address. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address and choose Clear.

Restart your console.

Kindly sign in your account to your Xbox and see if it works this time.

- Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button to hear a beep to turn on the console. - You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later.

- The power light will flash before the second beep.

- Do not release until the second triggering beep.

Observation. If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to keep both the Xbox button and the Link button, as the console does not have an Eject button.
