    I can't log into Microsoft on Minecraft on my ps4


    I tried logging into my Microsoft account on Minecraft on my PS4 to add my friend, but when I tried to log in, Minecraft said that it failed. So, I tried again, this happened about 5 times, and I still can't log in. Is there any way I can fix this?

    I am having the same issue. I can't log into my microsoft account In minecraft on ps4 however, I have no issue logging into my account on the xbox website and Microsoft website so what's the problem and how do I fix it?

    To fix this you simply have to upload all your save data onto a USB then delete all the save data on the PlayStation and reload Minecraft. Don't worry though anything that you've bought on the PlayStation will be saved. After this you can then just simply
    upload all your saved worlds but not anyting anything else!

    I hope this solution works for everybody!
