I cant log in with my new xbox account on my xbox, please help

Hello, so i wanted to log in with my new account to my xbox, so i put there my email and it wanted to scan some QR code or go to https://microsoft/link, so i went there and it wanted for me to write there some letters i had on my xbox screen, so i did it, after i did it, it said: Create new password, so i wrote there my password and after it said: Confirm your password, so i did it and pressed enter, but after that it said again: Create your password, and again, again, so i couldnt log in because of this, please help, thanks

Please change your password before you try signing in to your Xbox.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> Change my password.

Kindly try to sign in after changing your password.

If incase it won't work, please turn on your two-step verification by going to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn on.

When it is fully on, please test it out and sign in to the Xbox.

If it will still not work, kindly turn off your Xbox. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it at rest for 2 minutes. Plug in all the cables back and then turn on your Xbox.

Let us turn off your two-step verification first before signing in.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn Off.

Once done, kindly try to sign in to your account.

I tried downloading my xbox 360 live account again on my 360 and it has been ages since I last tried to log in and still the same issue is it actually the 360 servers or my account i cant even play 360 on my xbox one please help i just want to use my 360 with my account
