    I can't log in to my xbox app


    As shown in the figure, this account cannot log in under the same network conditions, but another account can log in, so it should not be a network problem.

    I tried every method I could find on the web but none of them worked.

    Hey senvivian,

    I will try my best to help you ;)

    A fix that may work: I experienced this error and I just kept spamming 'Try again' and it magically worked (for me atleast)

    If that didn't work, try the below

    Follow these: In the search bar, search for 'Xbox', Right click and press 'App Settings', once in settings, Scroll down and press on Terminate, Repair, Reset.

    I can't log into the xbox app

    I did the steps, and unfortunately the same thing happens. I open the xbox app, and can't sign in. When I click the sign in button, nothing happens. It looks like the app refreshes in the background (games list reload) but nothing occurs.

    Welcome to the community. How are you?

    Press the Windows Button then type Services.

    Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

    Then select Run as Administrator

    Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

    IP Helper

    Xbox Live Auth Manager,

    Xbox Live Game Save,

    Xbox Live Networking Service.

    Do this with each of the services listed above.

    Right-click over the service and select Properties.

    Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

    If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

    Click Apply and OK to save changes.

    Then try log in again, please.
