I can't log in to my TV in the Xbox app, it tells me it's impossible to log in.

This problem can be caused by several things, so I will recommend a few things that can be of great help to you. I hope I can help you solve this problem.

If you're having trouble with the Xbox app on your smart TV, restart it:

Press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV restarts, then try launching the app again.

Cloud gaming is currently only supported in select areas. For a list of countries or regions that support cloud gaming, see the "Cloud Gaming (Ultimate only)" section at:

Same. I can't sign into the app on my phone and it's making it impossible to obtain my points for completing a rewards offer involving said app. I logged out & logged back in to see if it would fix the processing problem with the reward, but instead I'm
stuck logged out, unable to do anything. When trying to log back in it takes me to a non functional website.

Thanks, but again it asks me to log in and when I do it tells me that it looks like someone else has been trying to access this account. I can't log in at all, it continually gives me the endless loop of verifying the account (which is impossible at this

now it's Rise of Nightmares!! I'm logged in with my profile (offline) and it tells me that no profile is logged in so the game can't be saved!! I can't even continue my previous game! Please, please tell me how to fix this!
