I can’t log in to Minecraft, I am stuck on the log in page as I typed in the wrong email...

I suggest the following steps to reset things so you can log into the account you want to use with Xbox services and Minecraft.

First, make sure there are no service outages on Xbox Status:

Try manually removing your login credentials:

1. Close Xbox App, Microsoft Store, and all games.

2. Press the Windows button and type "Credential Manager."

3. Open the Windows "Credential Manager".

4. Click on "Windows Credentials"

5. Look for any entry named 'XblGrts|DeviceKey' and click the down arrow.

6. Click Remove and then click Yes in the pop up window.

7. Launch the Xbox App and sign into the Microsoft account you want to use.

If the issue persists, try creating a new user account on the PC (local) and logging into the apps from there.

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users

2. Clock Add Account

3. In the sign-in window choose 'I don't have this person's sign-in information'

4. In the Create Account window click 'Add a user without a Microsoft account'

5. Follow the prompts and then sign out of the current user

6. On the lock screen, sign into the new user account

7. Open the Xbox App and sign into the Microsoft account you want to use.

Hi thank you for responding. I know the email. But do not own the email. I’m trying to log into Microsoft on Minecraft on an iPhone. I typed the email wrong and therefore cannot access the email to continue setting it up. Nothing is working. I’ve tried deleting the app. Restarting the phone. However I will not factory reset my sisters phone. In minecraft this is what I see. I can not log in any other way as it will not let me. The “fix it here” button will not work.

No. I am able to sign into my Xbox live account using the log in info. But the email itself has expired/been deleted a long time ago so I can’t log into the email itself. So when I want to access/change my account info and it asks me to log into my email and find the verification code, I am unable to do so. Again, I know all the info for the old expired email, I just can’t log into for the verification codes because it’s expired

I know but I can’t log into the account that owns the game. This current account and the one that owns Minecraft are tied to the same email. But I cannot remember the name of it. So I’m wondering if I can get the account that owns Minecraft’s name back so I can log in and reinstall Minecraft.
