I am here for this same problem. It either tells me it can't log in../ error logging in/ or it logs in and a minute or 3 later logs me out.

And even tho the status of their service says everything is working guys! it's clearly not. I cant join my friends for online gaming tonight because I cant login or stay logged in for more than 3mins.

This problem can be caused by several things, so I will recommend a few things that can be of great help to you. I hope I can help you solve this problem.

If you're having trouble with the Xbox app on your smart TV, restart it:

Press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV restarts, then try launching the app again.
